Hip-J débute comme dj à la fin des années 90 dans les raves bretonnes.
Très rapidement, il est programmé en clubs pour assurer les premières parties de poids lourds de la Techno. En parallèle, il organise les premières soirées Spagh, qui participeront au développement de la culture Techno en Bretagne.
En 2005, il monte le label Techno "Spagh records", un label productif qui développe une musique inventive et exigente.
Dj et producteur, Hip-J ne cesse d’explorer la Techno à travers des dj-sets sur 2 ou 3 platines, des productions musicales et la direction artistique de son label "Spagh records".
